For some days ago we skated the last 60km we had left to Mersing where we took the ferry to the island Tioman. We're staying at the island for five nights. The road was better than it has been for several days and had a lot of nice slopes. The rest of the eastcoast has been totally flat and no hills what so ever, so we enjoyed the speed. Maria and I competed who could go the furthest with no push and she won everytime, but only if she curled up like a meatball.
Now we are just going to take it very easy until the 15th when we have a long day with 90km, Mersing - Kota Tinggi.
We are really feeling that the end is near right now. It's only 130km left to Johor Bahru and it's so fucking nice. We'll reach Singapore the 16th and Jon Jon (a longboarder from Singapore) will come and get us with a car so we can bring Marias bike over the bridge to Singapore and to Monica (my dad's cousin) where we're going to stay for our visit. After some days in Singapore we take a plane to Thailand.
